If you want to keep 10" wheels, it will cost you about 550.00 from Mini Spares for a conversion set of Cooper S disks to fit under the wheels.
If you don't want to have 10" wheels and are quite happy to run 12s, then about under 60 quid second hand for someones old disks calipers, hubs, driveshafts.
However, if you do want to keep 10" wheels and keep it low costs, you can do the Mk1 Fiesta conversion with Metro drive flanges, but for that you will still need most of the bits from the standard disk setup so you would still need all that.

Depends, what size wheels do you want to keep?

yup those are pretty much all the options, minus two... you CAN still find the 7.5 Cooper S set-ups on Ebay and on here for about £300, so you don't neccersarily have to buy new.., there's also the 7" cooper disc system but it is generally frowned on,.. infact most people would rather ahve drums than the 7" disc set up lol.
And regarding the Fiesta conversion, well there is a large thread and even a How-to video on the site in the 'Any other projects' section. Just to correct what Sammy D has said,... it's not only Mk1 calipers, it's Mk2 as well. The fiesta conversion allows you to use 7.9" discs (ground down 8.4's) on Mini hubs and fit fiesta calipers... this is so you can fit 10" wheels but not have to shell out £300-500.

They do have one major advantage over Drums.... you don't have to adjust them every other week..
