As the weather has been really nice at the mo and the 25 is now road worthy again, I’ve been using it as my daily drive again. The only problem I have so far is once it gets to about 60 it runs out of go and doesn’t feel as if it runs as smooth, but if you give it a quick boot it continues onto 85-90+ with out any problems. (Not that I’m condoning speeding in anyway)

the only thing this mini has had since the 8 months of being off the road is an oil and filter change, air filter and spark plugs, everything else’s is pretty much how it was when it was last used over the summer.

And nearly all of the ignition system is new, will also be fitting a metro dizzy, but want this problem sorted first.

Cheers.

Check the oil in the dashpot.

Could be a flat stop due to the piston rising too quick. Recommend oil is 10/40 oil.
