First. I know that brake servo doesn't increase braking power etc so we can skip that :withstupid:

Since I have a metro brake servo lying useless on garage shelf I thought that could it be possible to convert it into remote brake servo and hide it e.g. under front wing? Yeah, and all this just to decrease the brake pedal travel for few centimeters.. lol :withstupid: seriously talking, i wouldn't mind if the pedal travel would be a whole lot of shorter. by the way. i have 7,9" discs with fiesta calibers and ebc pads.

You can't really change a direct servo into a remote one, they are very different beasts. The remote type have a valve that detects and reacts to line pressure rather than reacting to pedal movement as the direct servos have. Also a remote type generally only fits to one brake circuit and if you have a split system this will be very dodgy with different line effort on each system.

Thanks for the info Dan :withstupid: no need to think about building that system again then. Metro brake servo seems to be useless as it can't be installed, am i right?

What kind of work that would include then? :withstupid:

How about discarding the metro servo and getting a mini one? =) by the way. As my mini is left hand drive, how much do the brake bits differ from right hand drive?
