Evening,
Messing around with my new engine bits and my 12g295 and spotted two of the spring caps have cracked. I'm going with the rest are probly going to do the same (well when I'm driving at 7000rpm I think they might fail). So whats a good solid valve spring retainer that doesn't cost the earth.
Tried my big yellow bible and the most I found was ARP (also know as wallet drainers) and someother company both making titanium retainers. Which to me screams money. Their also dual springs on the head so thats making my life a little more confusing.
Don't want alloy one as they'll break too.

Hi ya big A i would give mini spares a ring and ask
them. i have 2 12g295 heads and the caps are ok.

Ooow. I hate using the phone too. The guy I bought the head off used a morspeed cam and used it at high rpm so they took a beating.

easy to get with a 998. One of the useless celebs on that "the race" program took a se7en to something like 11k
