Does anyone know if there is a Pimp My Ride in the uk.
i would like to get a car rebuilt but do not have the
most important ingredient, space
if you know who can help pls post.

now im not made of money but i do have lots of contacts to
help rebuild (engine / spraying / chrome dipping)
i just do not have the space to store or strip it

I have to say, i really don't think a mini would be great to put on pimp my ride.

Some of there work looks great, especially interior wise, but they don't tend to show a lot about reparing bodywork, or mechanicals, which is where an old mini will fall down. They will get it lookgin top dollar, but it probably wont last for long!

Please don't let them get their hands on your mini :xxx:

They never do anything to the engine, running gear etc.. they just put some bling wheels on, add some cool ice and a fancy paint job but never tackle any of the underlying problems like rust or tune the engines.

I'd like to see some of the cars they've pimp'd a year down the road to see what sort of state they're in! :-

thats the only area my mini is bad on rust,
engine is old but solid and sound

but some people think it looks "pimp"

have you seen the miglia minis they use for racing ?
they look realy cool but dont have the kinda C**p mtv would bolt on

I think we should start a show called 'Un Pimp My ride' for all those poor people whose cars are cocked up by MTV :-

Perhaps in the opening episode we could use 4 minis to quarter 'westwood' as well ?

In the US ones, if the motors carp, they replace it... last one I saw a chevelle which they dropped a 350hp v8 into...
