Damn this DVD is handy.
Had a crank in the garage (not using it) with drop gear on that I had no idea how to take off. Tried pulling it, swearing at it and nothing worked.
Watched the DVD and the bloke says about how the C-washer can cause fretting on the crank. 2 mins with a file later the drop gear is free!
Horray for DVD's!
Thats damn handy that.

Lol, I was watching that whilst playing eve last night 
Its really good watching it on a big (42") tele as you can really see what they are doing when they are in the gearbox and stuff
