Got 2 cams and trying to identify them...
One is marked KCMD296 SB, I can find an SP on the Kent Cams site but not an SB
The other is marked M2 300, Piper cam maybe??

one is the Keith Calver 296 profile other is a piper 300 which i believe is favoured by Bill Richards. although i could be wrong

i second that the calver cam is the milder of the two by quiet a bit

Hmmm, do I need another cam? Bring the 296 into work tomorrow mon, I might be tempted to keep it and swap it for my current 286 once the engine's run in!Cool, thanks guys,

mini mad me, if you do take the 296, will you be selling the 286, if so i will be interested... im not in a rush for it so that doesnt matter.
