
mini colours

erm, any reason why the mini colours website, all of them in FAQ are not running any more? or is it just me?! I need to check out a few shades...!!
anyone..?

The link I had with the colours showing stopped working and the link I now use that does work, doesn't show any colours.
I hope they get their act together soon.
We should make our own colour reference for TMF (Maybe keep in the paint and detailing section) ... Pictures of minis with the name of the colour, the paint codes for reference and a little detail on the minis it was used on.
I.e (Obviously use smaller pics)

From your signature pictures it looks like "Eclipse Blue" to me, but that's just a guess?
I once owned a 1985 Mini City E in that colour.
It was resprayed in 2005 from nightwatch blue into it's current colour. again, i'm unsure of the colour, because I didn't own the car at the time of the respray...
Perhaps we could get a mod's seal of approval on Roo's idea, and then start a topic in the paint and thingies section?
