my indicators have slowed down to a crawl!!! when i indicate, they'll flash once or twice (if i'm lucky) then stop at the 'on' position.
where should i start faultfinding? all of the bulbs work and the hazzards work fine.
i've read elsewhere about fitting a fiesta flasher unit... does anyone have any more info?
thanks in advance!

Halfords if you can find a proper Lucas one there, you should be able to. If not try Mini Spares. Be prepared to have to take it back once or twice. These are notorious parts for being broken when you buy them. That's why people change to electronic ones. If you want to do that it doesn't have to be a Fiesta one, any electronic flasher of the right spec can be used.

thanks dan. i've just remembered, there is a local brance of lucas near me so i'll give them a go.
is there much involved in changing to an electronic one? and what is the 'right spec'?
it all may seem simple stuff but i've been spending my time fitting 3.5L 6 pot lumps to old BMW's lately and i've become acustomed (sp?) another (more complicated) world full of german design logic!!!!

well it's all sorted now!
i went to my local branch of lucas and got one for the tidy sum of £4.18, popped it in and hey presto it's back working in it's tinkeytonkeytinkeytonkey way!
