Can anyone recommend a good car polisher? We have resprayed all the rust areas on my mini and now need a polisher.

I did search but most of the links for polishers were no longer valid :errr:
Thank you

i have the one from argos, its £14.99 and was voted the best in the recent test that mini magazine did. its nice and easy to use, not too loud and gives a lovely shine as well

No offense but those two handles argos jobbies are rubbish, only any good for waxing. If you want to polish up new paint you want one of these http://www.tooled-up....asp?PID=128130

Not cheap but if you want a good quality tool that'll do an excellent job and last forever, that's what you want.

Pete.

ive done 2 new doors, a boot and a bonnet with mine, all freshly sprayed, and its come up great. i agree you have to take your time and maybe its a little more hassle than some of the more expensive ones but its done a great job on my car

Yeah that one's okay, Silverline is a cheapo make, and will probably blow up before it's three year warranty. Ah well I guess you'll just get another free

That's the type though.

Pete.
