Sunday the 5th December, so it makes it easier for people to make, we shall go to the national heritage motor centre, detail below in the link

There will be ex works minis along with lots of other ex motor sport cars, etc....

http://www.heritage....sit/default.htm

The Heritage Motor Centre is open every day, 10.00am - 5.00pm
(except 24, 25 & 26 December).

Museum Admission Prices
Adults £8
Concessions £7
Children (5 -16 yrs) £6
Under 5 yrs FREE
Family Ticket (2 adults + 3 children) £25

Entrance to the Gift Shop, Café and grounds are FREE, except on Event Days.

Welcome to the world's largest collection of historic British cars! With over 300 cars in the collection, you'll find many famous names that have made motoring history.

Travel along the Time Road - a fascinating journey through British motoring and social history from 1896 to the present day. Outside there's the Land Rover 4x4 off-road experience, go-kart track and children's miniature roadway to keep all the family occupied!

The Heritage Motor Centre is situated close to Junction 12 of the M40 - follow the brown signs. Click here for a map.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Then this little pub is not too far away for the centre, and has been recommended by thegoodpubguide.com

Malt Shovel
Church Road
Gaydon
Warwick
Warwickshire
CV35 0ET

Think that we should meet at 10.00am in the car park of the Heritage Motor Centre this will give us a couple of hours to look round the centre, then head to the pub for a drink and some food and a chance to chat. I will ring the pub to book a table for us, when I know the numbers.

Remember to bring your cameras so we can post loads of pics..

Add to the list below if your interested..

I will also ring the centre and ask how much it would be to hire out their sprint track as well..

Location
The Heritage Motor Centre is situated in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, in 65 acres of parkland and is situated 12 miles from Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon and 9 miles from the historic town of Warwick.

The Centre is just two minutes from junction 12 of the M40 and is signposted on the motorway. Birmingham International Airport is just half an hour away, with the nearest railway station at Royal Leamington Spa.

I don't think they actually have a track at the centre do they? They have a go-kart course and an off road course, or THIS for Miniman5 ( :- ). The big test track you can see in their grounds is actually owned by Land Rover, it is where they test their new stuff. The Tomb Raider Land Rover was dumped there for ages (when the fools at Land Rover thought it was worth nothing but that's another story). So if you want to use that you may have to ask Ford.
