13x6JJ Superlites with Yoko A-539s, sportspack arches, 8.4" discs front, standard drums rear, kwik-release bonnet & Mk3 wavy grille, twin chrome spots, twin air horns, lots of other shiny bits, clear glass indicators, blue filament headlamps, Ford Orion seats, Rover radio with JVC speakers in air vents, matching metallic blue air freshener, grey style 3-clock dash, digital clock in ashtray cavity.
Totally my dream car ... had three Minis in the Sixties and now I'm in my sixties this is the sixth. Named after the little Bell helicopters*. Featured in Mini Magazine July '03 and Mini World's rolling road feature Feb '04.
I take no credit for any of the build but I don't half enjoy driving it.
