Anyone got any advice for me... Want it to be loud, and be the best performance for the mini. It's a 998cc Mayfair.
Any ideas people? Oh and would love it to be stainless as well :genius: Hehe.
Cheers people.

iv been doing some research and have had some good advice from a guy at maniflow and various chaps on here who were very helpful! :genius: Go to search and put exhaust as a topic header and hit 'search'!

The guy at maniflow recommended that if you want a throatier growl go for mild steel.. ( i was asking about maniflow exhausts though so i dont know if he meant for those specific to their company >_< )
big bore exhausts will loose you power but sound louder.. i think 1 and 3/4 is optimum width for power!

I have heard that the RC40 design is good, but manufacturing techniques and materials used to cut the cost have left it a little behind.... I will be going for a full Maniflow system myself! :genius:

I'm on my second RC40 now and they are great

first one a single box mild steel one lasted 5 years

then when it came time to replace it i went for the stainless steel one and its been on for 10 years now

its not to loud on a long run but put your foot down for some playing on narrow lanes and it sounds great and i always have had good rolling roads results
