anyone know if impreza wrx seats will fit in a mini?? any idea of how much of a job it would be??

any seat can be made to fit, you just have to take your time and fabricate some mounts!

I think someone in our club has done this, his Dad is Bigideas if you want to know how he did it.

I've had trouble with sport seats being too wide in the past, and just worried that I'll have the same problem again...

I've been thinking the same thing actually. Went out in a mates Impreza not so long ago and the seats were really nice. had the Mini next to it so I had a look and I reckon they'll fit!

Im putting some Recaro speed seats out of an evo in my phoenix and they will fit just right. About an inch and a half in the centre and about half an inch on the sides.
Give it a go at worst just flog them on.

Yes my son put impreza seats in his old mini. Fitted ok but had to make up new mounts.

Looked good as i remember. but could not use back seat. As he had no back seat anyhow didn't matter.

having some difficulty finding a pair that will tilt forward.
what other seat of the same style could I use??

any seats from a 3dr car will do as they will have the flippers, mine are recaro's from an evo but anything will fit with some work.
