Jumpy handeling !!

Hey guys just got thisnew mini and starting to realise its a bit unpredictable with its handeling!

Jumps about on the road alot compaired to my old one. It will just suddenly skip around which is a bit un nearving on country roads..

any ideas wha this could be.. worn shocks ? :S i dunno any help much appreciated >_< thanks

most people will tell you it's the 13 inch wheels, which it may well be, but hopefully you will get some more constructive info.

could be a lot of things, worn ball joints, worn track rod ends, broken or worn sub frame mounts, worn out rubber cones.... the list goes on.

you need to give it the once over and eliminate all these first.

Not the joint or bushes, all of them have been replaced. Ive had experience withthe 13" wheels b4 and not had the problem as bad. Just kinda un nerving at high speed lol :| Could it be the shocks ?

Check the steering rack bolts.

Check steering column pinch bolt.

Check the tower bolts are tight.

Engine steady bushes?

Subframe and engine/gearbox mounts?

Go round everything with a spanner and make sure nothing has been left loose or has worked loose.
