Hi im going to be replacing most of my front end;

This being n/s wing front panel and bonnet. ive been thinking about different things such as fibreglass two piece front end and also a carbon fibre front giving me a flip front, the main reason i wanted to do this was to avoid welding (even though the support bars need welding) and then there is the weight reduction and extra room as my mini being an spi there is very little room available. But since wanting one of these fronts ive heard that the fibreglass front ends are poor quality and many problems can arise as some M.O.T centers can be a little funny about it.

Anyways getting to the point the question/query, ive been looking around and have seen clubman front ends and due to the fact i have a soft spot for the clubman i wondered if the clubman front end will fit my round nosed mini or will i need to make any adjustments.

So i could do with a little advice. If i went for a fibreglass front could i just put a clubman front end on it instead of the round nosed one.

Thanks for your time. Lee

hi again i av been looking through the site and cant find a price for doing this sort of conversion. I would like an estimate so i know what to expect.

currently my car has very little of a front end on it as i have cut a lot of it off so will save a body shop a lot of time but would like to know how much people on here have paid to have their front end fitted a sprayed up.

thanks again Lee

inner wings clubmans are different to roundnose minis, i know if you wish to fit steel clubman panels you would need to re fabricate the inner wings, i'm guessing the fibreglass ones may need similar work!
