ok i have un done everything apart from the sub mounts and steering

ok how do i undo the steering from inside the car??
and do i undo the subby from inside???

You don't remove the steering from the car, the rack is fixed to the body not the subframe. All you do is split the track rod ball joints and leave all of the steering assembly on the shell.

ok cool so once i done that i remove the suby bolts from inside??
then the tower mounts ??

The floor mounts I assume you are talking about. The bolts don't need removing from the inside or even a spanner putting on them. The bolts are actually part of a captive bolt strip so they can't turn while you undo them, they are welded to each other and slipped into the shell as one part. Just remove the nuts from the underside of them. It's a good idea to lift the carpet off them (and the gaffer tape) so that they can move if the stripped shell comes down on them and avoid damaging the bolts or the floor.

ok nice one ill unbolt them from underneith and then undo the big bolts that will be it then cool

Remember that once you lift the shell off of it, the subframe won't balance on its own. It needs stands under the front member.

just one thing if i get under the car and undo the bolts will it fall on me lol
or is it ok aslong as the 2 main tower bolts still on
basicly i have everything undone and the car is on the floor wots the best way to do it??

NEVER go under a car without it being properly supported. It should be impossible for the shell to fall off the subby but you never know, strange things happpen. It will be OK it the tower bolts are still in place.

The way I've done it is just to remove everything except the tower bolts, make sure the frame is supported and then lift the shell over it. Two people can do it easily. It rolls like a wheel barrow with the handbrake off. You need an amount of timber standing by to support the shell while off the frame. Don't venture inside a car with the subby loose either.

Oh yeah, and take the carb and dizzy off and radiator out if you haven't already. It gives more clearance.
