my oil pressure relief valve is stuck in the block anyone know a good way of removing it (its the bullet shaped type) shall i replace it with the ball bearing type??

14mm tap used for spark plugs works. Thats the way I've heard from good Mr guessworks.

Yes replace with ball type.
