Hey guys, im new here.

I have just bought a 06' hayabusa, and I intend to use the motor in the back of my clubman.

just a few questions, I have searched, but I have not found the answers I was after, so hopefully you guys can help me out now, and through out the build.

first question: (I have used a pic from this forum, im sorry if this is a problem, I have done so so its easier to explain - thanks)

1 what car does the rear brake assembly come from? or what cars rear brakes could I use for this?

2 what car, if any does the rear shafts come from? or what car could you use them from?

3 and last, this thing that the shafts spin in, how do I get these?



these are the only few things slowing me down atm, I will be using chain drive, unless someone tells me a better way, I was going to use a datsun 1600 rear set up, as having the same track as a mini, but It is quite heavy.

so any help would be great, ill keep you all posted on my project.

Im in tasmania, shipping would be a problem. i was hoping these could be bought either off the shelf or from a wreckers down here........

Sorry I did not realise you were from Tasmania. Welcome.
Most of the parts are bespoke design and manufactured in house at Z cars.
If you search on the none mini engined section you may find other bike engined conversions.
What sort of cars do you have in Tasmania?

we have everything australia has! holdens, fords, nissans, hondas, toyotas...

I dont care how I get the thing in there, i just want it in there, and RWD!!!

the clubman is very very light, with fiber glass boot, front, light doors and lightend shell, perspex windows and lightend front subframe. should go well

I have searched, but I have a very, very slow dial up like 32 k internet. any good links?

sorry about all the questions, but im just really keen to get going
