hey i just got a stage 1 kit the otherday at L2B - (driving home with a link pipe for a passanger was an expiriance) - just wondering with the alloy intake, ive heard many people say you dont need to run water through it, but ive decided i may as well- just want to know where the best place to take the water from the system is - a piccie would be very appreciated !!!
it really isnt necessary and the more t pieces you have in your coolant hoses, the highter pottential for leekage!!!!

i suppose thats true - but i still think that if its there its there for a reason - so i may as well - i will take a pic of my engine bay tonight (dont laugh) but i havnt even started puting the stage one on yet so you may have to guess a bit with the pics
It's there to aid heating of the manifold when cold so the engine need choke for a shorter period of time I believe?

Buy 1.5 meter of heater hose and 5-6 jiblee clips. Remove the old heater pipe from the tap and run a new length from the heater tap to the passenger side of the alloy manifold. Then attach the old exsisting heater pipe to the other side of the manifold.
Add clips.
Done, in hot weather turn off the heater tap and your sorted.
