Hi there ,
I am on with removing my rear subframe,well trying,the two front mounting points where it bolts through the body into the companion boxes , the captive nuts at the back have come loose from the body and are just spinning what is the best way to fix this ?

you could cut a flap in the sill so u can get a spanner in 2hold the nut,and then weld a new captive nut in place,these not much else you can do i think.
