Can anybody recommend a camshaft for road use, or would you keep the standard cam, please help as i want to start putting my engine back together and need to know which parts would be best, while the engine is out of the car. its only so i dont regret changing the parts later when it is back in the car, cheers. benn

What type size engine is it? I have only heard good things about swiftunes sw5-07 for road use.
