Hmm fabric paint realy aint something i know a lot about. You could alwyas buy an industrial sized Vat of dye and dip the seats :techsupport:

I'm sure you could paint them....

foliatec do a paint for vinyl in a can, but think its more for dashes and door furniture rather than seats. best route is prob to dye them like the guys above recommended

Have a look on here.... Woolies Trim

These guys usually stock anything you need to restore a car interior.... if they don't have any dye for seats, send an email, they should know where you can get some!

Any ordinary dye won't work, as they only work on cotton mix fabrics... to my knowledge Cobra seats are made from a high nylon/polyester based fabric and you can't change the colour once it's made, it's dyed during the manufacturing process. Which means you will need a something that will coat the fabric weave rather than dying/soaking into it.....

The easiest (and probably cheapest) way is to.....

Sell your seats and buy some black ones :P

Anything you spray on will just rub off eventually anyway :teehee:
