I am thinking of getting Viper stripes on my blue mini. From viperstripesdirect.com I've got the width of 150mm which seems about right. But I was wondering what the gap between the two stripes is? There seems to be a load of different suggestions, but do any of you know what would look good on the mini?

I am getting it painted on, because the car is in the process of having the exterior paint work resprayed and rust taken out, so while they are at it, I thought getting some stripes painted on would look rather sweet!

Cheers

I fancied this done a while ago, but with the help of a photoshoper i changed my mind.
There is a pic here of how mine would have looked http://www.theminifo...showtopic=48374

Yeah I am still in two minds, but if I had it done the stripes would definitely be closer than that. Googling the gap has come up with everything from 40mm to 75mm, so I don't have a clue!

I painted viper stripes on my 1st mini 11 years ago (god i feel old :techsupport:) and I found 40mm too close together. about 50-60mm looked about right
