The car seems to sit lower at front offside (always has since i've had it) Anyway, that tire popped and i got another one. both front tyres, similar in tread, same pressure (used machine at shell, does it to exact pressure)
The car pulls to the right, enuff to make it swirve into the other lane. It was MOT'd in augest and there was no play in balljoints, arms, etc. The nearside balljoint (lower) was replaced and everything seemed fine.
Dont know if the car always pulled, but it is more noticable now. Any ideas?
I will get pics of suspension and car tomorrow if that will help you guys. Hope its not serious as i just cant afford it now.
cheers,
Jordie

However, dont be offended if they say can't do it because of the wheels... there's only 1 place round our way which can do 10inch wheel tracking.. becuase the tracking gear wont go down to 10 inches...

Tracking very rarely causes steering pulls.

I have had more problems with tyres causing steering pulls than any other reason

Tracking can make a difference, but rarely as much as you describe. If you want to get it checked round here I know that Brackenhill Garage in Ackworth can check 10 inch wheel minis for tracking but Kwik Fit definitely can't - their equipment will not fit!

In 30 years in the motor trade I have NEVER had tracking on its own cause a steering pull on a level road. It will increse any pull to the road camber. But the wear it causes on the tyres has.
