Does any one know if Minitrailers.com are still trading. I have tried to phone them over the last 2 weeks but have been unable to get hold of them. I have also emailed but have had no reply.

They were last I knew...but they never seem to answer emails and its a nightmare to get through to them on the phone! I had to keep trying to ages before anyone picked up

had nothing but a nightmare with these they "lost" my credit card details when i ordered some parts but "forgot" to ring me so a month later and no product and 7 phone calls later i gave up

i ordered from them online over two months ago, my bank account has not been charged and still not had reply to any emails and nobody ever seems to answers the phone

not seen the ads in any of the mini mags i dont think...

they used to be local but moved and not sure where to...

i think alot of people have had problems with them in the past with not taking calls and emails etc.

just do a search on forum (minitailers) and im sure you will find ALOT of reasons why not to go to them!




iv been trying to get hold of them since bingley hall! where they sold me angel eyes with half the leds not working!! :P :gimme: :wub: :wub:

or search for Minitrailers and you may have more luck!!! :teehee:

I have only ever heard bad things about them.

I hope not, it took them a month to send me out a boot liner but had no trouble charging me the day after i ordered they never answer the phone and dont bother e-mailing them these guys are crooks!!!

they seem to manage to turn up to most of the shows with the minitrailers stall.

i used mini trailers about 4 months ago and ordered a grill, clear lenses and a couple of other bits they took 2 months to arrive.
i will never be using them again!!!!!!!

they didnt answer emails or phone calls and when i did speak to them they was acting like i'm the one with the problem!!! :)

But I must give them some credit, they do have some great products.

yer they do have one off products, but they do take the *yellow human water* a bit.
even if theyre busy they should make the effort to inform people and answer their phone!

in the last topic about this i think someone said if a group of people got togeather we could email some company and they would need to take some action agiast them?

does anyone no thats its called?
