the worse thing is now with dot to do is the fact this can be 15 degree's out for cam timing meaning C**p power or of course can be spot on, its worth getting it as close as you can

As well as checking the cam timing: you will need a DTI to check the cam endfloat, and the crank endfloat (though this can be done with feelers), and check that the crank is straight to name a few jobs..
