On sunday, after each stage at the rally I would have no clutch!

Then if I took the lid of the resvoire and pumped it, then I would have it back. I then bled it, which helped but there, but its still a bit spongey.

Ive fitted new master/slave cylinders and it worked all the way to wales, it just broke during the rally.


What could this be?

i still think its the seal on the slave

heated fluid can be an issue, in a rally car it may get hotter -thus thinning the fluid

also when you bled did you undo and tip the slave so that the bleed nipple was at the highest point?
