The story so far……………………………………
Trent Valley Mini Owners Club was started back in August 2004 by a group of friends, each who owns and has a passion for the Mini.
The club has members from North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire and the Nottinghamshire areas and of course as the name suggests from along the Trent Valley. The club attends various shows & events throughout the season and also organise various events or runs out that are just for fun. Trent Valley MOC has also been instrumental in organising an open monthly social meet at the Caenby Corner Café (A15 Lincoln Road opposite the Little Chef). These socials take place from 7.30pm in the evenings of the first Friday of each month from May through to September. You do not need to be a member of Trent Valley MOC to attend these socials.
Trent Valley MOC continues to forge links with other clubs and will continue to do so. The club welcomes all Mini enthusiasts whether they are current owners or not. Our member’s ages range from those who have just recently become qualified drivers to those who are probably old enough to know better! Anyone is free to come along to our Mini Meetings, which take place every 3rd Wednesday of each month at The Beckett Arms, Corringham @ 8pm to see what we are all about. You will be under no obligation to join and you assured of a warm welcome by all of our current members. Now into our third year as a club, with one Normanby Hall Mini Show under our belt, we are now looking into ways of making our club bigger and better. Already the show has booked for 2007 so watch this space for more information about next years show.
