hi people,

i do not actually own a mini myself but know how good people you are and wondered if anyone could help. my best mate is getting married next july and is a huge mini fan, he did own an old burgandy coloured mini and converted a cooper engine into it and fully customised interior but due to work had to sell it for a jeep as he needed space, anyways back to my question. His fiancee has asked me to try find someone who would be willing to loan him the mini for the morning of the wedding to take him from his house in larkhall(lanarkshire scotland) to Strathaven ( lanarkshire scotland). Would prefer if you could lend him it to drive to the wedding then you could collect or have someone bring it to you later on after he has got hitched. it would be a suprise for him and im sure if anyone is interested we could arrange some sort of deal. please someone help and make couples big day complete

Good luck with the search..... and even better luck with getting somebody willing to hand over the keys to their pride and joy... I certainly couldn't be persuaded for any reason!

You may have better luck asking for a mini 'chauffeur' for the day!

yeah would prefer if he could drive it but i knw i dont trust anyone really driving my car and if other person feels that way then may have 2 get them 2 chauffer
