what color and code is this? metallic or pearl?

The colour code will be either on a plate or stamped on the bodywork.
I dont know the exact location of the code because it varies for every car, but common locations include in the engine bay (i.e. ontop of the grill part, on the sides, on the bulkhead) or could be on one of your doors or door pillars.
If you find out the code, go into a bodyshop or halfords and they can tell you the name of the colour. Failing all of that, pop into the your dealer.

I had a look on the Toyota website for you....
It's called Ice Blue and it's a Mica paint..... being Mica flake rather than metallic it will be slightly more expensive!
No paint codes on the site unfortunately, but they do the same colour (Ice Blue) in metallic and Pearl on other models, just seems to be the Aygo which is a Mica paint....
This might help you find the code at a dealership (if they don't just tell you when you ask for it!!)

All paint codes for both Toyota and Lexus are located in the door jam. These codes have a prefix of C/TR, can contain both letters and numbers, and are three digits long.
