You haven't got one spaced rear drum and one standard do you?

nope both are spaced on 1/4" spacers if you measure the end of the stud where the shock absorber goes onto to the subframe both are the same measurment. so im thinking it cant be radius arms can it?

the radius arms currently fitted are the ones that came with the 2nd hand frame.

If your previous radius arm is available I would swap it, just to rule it in or out, but I personally think the mis alignment of the frame to the rear body mounts is the most likely suspect

ok cheers but surely the frame con only go on one way to line up with the holes? also just a quick one could i run 1 wheel on a spacer and the other without to try to make it better or not? would i have to have both or neither?

This topic can go on and on, you will just have to try it, something is not right, subframes are around that will bolt on and the wheel alignment can be wrong especially with some aftermarket frames, try the radius arm first as it's the easiest, then look at the frame

Just a thought but did you measure the 'new' frame to check it was true before you put it in ? Could have been taken off an accident damaged car

The Haynes contains a procedure for checking the alignment of subframes to the body. All you need is a flat level floor, like a garage.
Check the alignment and make sure the frames are bolted up properly. Beyond that, I think you're going to have to get someone professional to look at it because this kind of thing is going to be very difficult to track down through the forum like this.
