Just a last minute post, the club willm be attending the Darling Buds Classic Car Show, this Sunday. It's held at the farm where they filmed the popular television series. I have a couple of spare tickets, if anyone fancies joining us. They are £2.
We are meeting at the old little chef restaraunt, bottom of Charing Hill, at 8:30, to leave at 8.45.

Hi,
Just a quick thank you to everyone that helped get my mini back to canterbury on the way home from the show yesterday, it was much appreciated. I knew something was not right at the junction just before the round-about at the bottom of charing hill, the brake pedal did not feel correct, and torwards the top of the hill the mini struggled to get up it, and then there was a burning smell and smoke from the rear wheels so i quicky pulled over and graham in his grey mayfair pulled over with me. We knew that my mini was over heating but we did not know why there were puffs of smoke coming of te rear wheels, then the rest of the people from the kentish mini club turned up and helped. I did not have a clue of what to do, so a big thank you to all of you for all your help!!! Its going into the garage wednesday to get a complete looking over, to see if a long term damage was done.
may thanks ben
