There is a mountain bike track around the ring and some wonderful sights to be seen around it too...

Perhaps a few of you`s would like to hire out bikes...i know NICK might be interested...

there is a bike shop in Adenau (6 km) who do rent out bikes:

rates are:
Mountain Bike: 13,00 € pro Tag/day
Tourenrad (regular bike): 10,50 € pro Tag/day
Helm (helmet): 5,00 € pro Tag/day
