Mini 1275GT Insurance?

hey im just looking at all the mini's...

and im just wondering what insurance group a Mini Gt 1275 would be? or a cooper?

I'm Currently on group 7.

does anyone know?

goto parkers

click insurance, then enter the vehicle make and model....bingo.

to be honest, isurance "groups" are a bit old hat and don't mean much. 1275 should be dealt with by a classic insurer anyway....

yeah i can't really find out what the insurance in like for a GT1275.

i might just contact a classic car insruance company and ask them through e-mail... see if that works.

Along the lines of what Biggav said I don't think the insurance groups make a massive amount of difference compared to other personal details, especially if the car is modified. A fair few insurance companies use groups 1-20, but I know HIC use groups 1-50, and I've paid £650 on a group 13-14 car, and £900 on a group 18 car (based on the 20 group system).

Why dont u just take a much easier route than asking people on a forum that cant give you a definate answers... press a few buttons on your phone, and ask for a quote...
