where do i connect my boost gauge ?
can i install a t-peice in the tube from the top of the dump valve that goes the to spacer on the manifold and run it from the t peice ?

I'd run it from the manifold, especially if it also shows vacuum. Certainly don't plumb it in to anything that leaks air i.e. if you're using a bleed valve.

Ideally it's supposed go to the inlet manifold, on its own connection. Though i have mine fitted to the vacuum advance connection, as i dont use this for the dizzy. It seems accurate enough fitted here & has been like this for 5+ years.

i have been told its ok to plumb the boost gauge into the air pressure sensing hose that runs to the fuel pressure regulator from the plenum ?
or is that complete bubbles ?

you can, but you'll get a better idea of what your engines seeing if its off the inlet manifold.
