What seats do people recommend fitting in a mini??
Recliners or full buckets?
Any cars that have sporty front seats that can be made to fit?
I want some cheap sport seats recliners preferably, i had some subaru impreza sport seats in my last car but these r hard to come by.
Your opinions much appreciated, thanx marc

I've got some out of an alfa 145 in petal (50 quid the pair), fully movable, back forth, up down and recline, and they do that slidy forward thing when you want to get in the back...
unless you want buckets etc, I'd spend a few hours going round the local scrappies..

I strongly recommend recliners, if you want to make any use of the back seats.
Being 6'2", I found normal Mini seats too small so I opted for a pair of Cobra Daytone seats. I've never sat in anything more comfortable, ever!
And I picked them up 2nd hand in Loot for around £200 for the pair.
(I note that there seem to be few pairs for sale on E-bay currently for around £400, but if you shop around you can generally do much better than this).
Depending how far your budget goes, spending a bit extra for comfy seats is highly recommended... and adds hugely to the overall Mini experience... especially when one might be ripping around a corner in one's mini to find you're still completely stable with the seat holding you in. Pure joy!

Hello there fellow mini lovers.
I have a B reg mini which i got for my birthday, its a 25th anniversary edition.
Its in quite a good comndition but the seats i have in it are burnt from the previous owners cigarretes.
I was wandering whether any of you knew where i could get a fairly new and good condition interior for my mini??
Thanks
Steve

Mini trimmings and newton commerical interiors, but they are very expensive. i suggest you find 2 new seats from another car, and then cover the back one similar to match.
