is that the value which somethine like "Reg transfers" has put on it....

if so it's total *male chicken*...

The only ones which are actually worth real money are the ones they actually buy off you to re-sell on

Ask them if they will give you £800 for it, and see what answer you get.

im highly doubtful you'd get anywhere near 800 for it... unless theres a man that works on the A20 that makes american dollars...

Iits doubtful thats true, i love private plates and have them on all 3 cars, i only paid £80 for mine in may and its my first name, very eyecatching on my little z3, . The most ive ever paid for one
is £450
I know there was a guy recently with 2 nice old plates on retention he wanted £150 each one was A4 DUG
Normally if its worth say £800 then a regcompany would buy it off you for a good price, my father in law had an old car with VAL in the reg and he was offered £300 but similar plates were going for £2k on reg finder.
i guess you will get what someone is prepared to pay but look on fleabay and youll see that a reg has to be pretty special to command £800. all the best though xx

£400 for a irish plate is good, private plate prices have shot up in the few years.
