There are 998's about. Hell there's probably more 1275's as modding them is so popular.
In 1967 vans were available with 998cc engine, however the 848cc engine continued alongside.

My Van will have a 1380 soon enough, and will look even more like the mutt nuts too, its going for a rebuild over the winter

Well to give you an idea..
Mines a 998, and its 1967, its a Rod change, and has very little mod cons, not even sound deadening.
It may be registered as a '67 but if it's a rod change then it wont be as the rod was first produced in the 70's (circa '73)
It may have been converted, but all 60's minis will be magic wand or remote
*edit* and a quick flick through the flubber pics, reveals the suspected turret bolt of a rubber mounted subframe
