hey

ever since ive had the car.. ive had problems like this...

basically anything over 30 and the steering wheel shakes and the car feels like a box on wheels.
it handles like poo.. i put this down to the tracking being out? is there anything else major it could be?

i seem to get vibration through the clutch pedal brake and acclerator when its doing it..

but below 30 its fine?

also the brakes are the same.. sudden shudder when putting on the brakes which dont seem fantastic.. is the standard or is it because im used to big hefty brakes on cars??

is there something which could be a bit more a miss than i first thought??

As a complete numpty in this area I wouldn't drive it again until it's been checked out. It sounds dangerous.

could also be a bush or two that need replacing as well

check it out carefully to find out what needs changing and get the wheels balanced.

when did this start and what happened just before are all ways a good focal point to finding out whats wrong

well ive had the car since march.. so coming up to exactly 6 months..
i drove the car for a month with the intention of having it fixed at the end of the month.. but it got vandalised.. and then it came back and its not on my list to have a look.

so guessworks you reckon i should get the wheels balanced again?
and check on the ole disks..

teapot yes i does sound dangerous.. and with the weekend being here... i think its better to have it checked >_<

does it wander all over the place even when driving? when did you last get the wheels aligned? could be tracking and bushes.

Please get it checked asap. The last mini I drove with similar symptoms I discovered had been driven straight on at a bend and had jumped a ditch and belly-flopped into a field, which knocked the front wheels out of line somewhat. Needless to say I bought it but it needed new track rods and bushes and the steering rack was pretty loose. Hope yours is something simple and easily fixed!
