Out of curiosity how practical would it be to swap Yokes for Pots?
Any info available is usually about swapping either with H Spicers.

it's just a change of the output shafts in the diff... pots and crucifix share the same o/d through the diff cover plates so there is no change required there..
So, diff out of gearbox, strip diff cage and remove old output shafts, put in pot output shafts and then stick diff cage and crownwheel back together, you dont need to strip the box from the engine to do this, but bit difficult with engine in car
