iv been out side in the dark with a torch trying to get it working as its going in for an MOT whilst in in germany, but it didnt want to play ball, do you need any gauges for an MOT? I thought u needed a speedo, but i was told that you dont, but you do to legally drive on the road...

If the Car is in Germany the rules may be different.
