hey just joined the forum and would like to say hey to everyone!!

i dont actually own a mini.... YET! im currently learning to drive
and it is the car im saving to buy when ive past my test!! just
though that joining the forum would benifit me with tips and
hints for gettin one! and obviously staying on when i have
my own!!!

how do ;) good luck for learning to drive, im learning at present, got my clubman project in garage.

learn how to do stuff before you get one, that's my advice!!

you mean like car stuff? im technically minded so its all good=D the thing i think i am gona aim for straight away is the 5 speed transmision, 4 gears is not good for me=D

Why is 4 gears not good for you? Have you driven a 4 geared car?

Really not worth the money changing over without having a decent bit of power under your foot..

Don`t bother spending the money on a 5 speed,It`s better spent elsewhere!

fair enough=] no 5 speed gear box, i mean i am new to the mini world as such and i supose i should buy one first, would be a good start!! any tips on which one i should get?
