hi there i have just built my engine with the following spec-

1340 a series
276 cam
1;5;1 roller rockers
equivelant of a stage 3 cylinder head
weber 45 on 3 inch alloy inlet
ultra light flywheel
ap raing clutch
13 row oil cooler

i plan to have it rolling road setup but first i would like to get it run in .

i am using a weber 45 but is not jetted correctly and is heavilly over fuelling.

could any one supply a list of jets main and idle, air correctors, emultion tubes that i will need?.

i will then hopfully be able to get my mini running sufficiently to get in run in.

also does any one have any recomendations on who to buy the jets etc from?

many thanks Mat

find someone who has bench testing facilites and take the engine there, they will get it running sweet as a nut ready to be fitted. (or if already fitted, take to a rolling road)

I use a place called Pitstop in brize norton but, they're only 5 miles from me.

Could try here:

http://www.lynxaelr1.co.uk/

Took my mini here. He jumped under the bonnet straight away to have a bit of a poke to see what may need doing. Tell him what you want done, time limit etc and away he goes. He's mini friendly as well.

looks like lynx will be much closer for you, but just incase, pitstop are at Viscount court, Brize norton. (little industrial estate at the end of the runway) and they build/ setup loads of miglia's so there are usually about 10 very high spec mini's there at any one time.

paying alot of money for something thatll never quite be right. I no mine will be running rich, so im gonna pootle down to southam next week to get it setup IN CAR. :dontgetit:

Why did you only go for a 3" manifold mate? your kinda looking the weber advantage of straight induction... Had a chat to SMMC, Bill richards and maniflow about this. They wreckon if you fit those tiny manifolds you may as well stick with an SU
