Years ago I repainted a Cooper engine with green Hermetite engine paint as it looked a pretty good match to the original colour. It even came from Halfords.

Anyone know if it is still available as I've looked in the aformetioned car superstore ! with no luck or is there a better and more original green match out there now.

Phone up somerford minis; Give them your car year, and engine size.

they'll tell you what the correct engine enamel colour should be as if it came from the factory and supply it to you if needs be.
