hey all, i read the clutch faq but just want to check.

i should be droping a mg metro engine in the 1275gt tommorow,
the metro engine clutch is verto and the engine in the car at the moment is pre verto.

is it possible to swap the clutch and flywheel directly over, so the metro has a pre verto clutch, or will other parts be required.

by the way both engines have inertia starters.

hope it all makes sense

well if it's an inertia type starter, i think that means that at least the ring gear will be the same,... but i don't know about the rest of the clutch and i wouldn't like to hazard a guess.
