1200 is far too long

1190mm is the best fit. sometimes 1185 is tight.

The angles are 10 degrees at either end of the dash. work from 150mm high at the ends to 175mm high in the dead centre.
The bottom of the dash needs curving from the two ends to the centre of the dash up 5mm from the bottom edge.

Hope that makes sense.
Any problems pm me

Try 12mm or 18mm mdf with a 45degree chamfer all the way around. If you have access to a router this makes life alot easier.

Or just get the basic shape off steve and cut what you want where you want it yourself, makes life so much easier.
