well yes, that does seem to be an RSP, certainly has the RSP filter box.
they haven't quite got the stickers right (common mistake to carry the line on after the Laural wreath, and bonnets stripes are wrong and should have a John cooper signature on them)
maybe they decided to weld the sun roof up, I've seen this done before and unless they have done a real top job, you should see some signs of this in the roof panel.
alternatively they could have re-shelled it, does the vin number appear in the gutter between the scuttle panel and the bonnet, all shells should have the vin stamped in here.
still looks like a real tidy car.
not sure how the slight change to original speck would affect the value, yes an RSP would fetch slightly more than a mainstream cooper of the same condition but then a 100% original mainstream would fetch more than a non original RSP, apart from the oil cooler the cars are the same mechanical spec.
I'd say you could be looking towards the higher end of £2000 - £3000, but certainly between those figures
EDIT: is the paint metallic ?? it doesn't look metallic in those photos, BRG RSP'S should be metallic. this may affect the price. i mean, it's a very very nice car but you can't claim it's an original spec RSP.... Can you ??
