The rear windows are brand-new and very tight on the neew seals!

This is a puzzler....
Not sure If I've mentioned it but its not the rear swinging number-plate or light either... for those of you gettng your money ready!

where abouts are these mounts?
will my subframe be different with it being an earlier model?

Something to do with the boot? Loose light/licence plate, etc?

Since you say the rattle is getting worse I'd say it sound like something is wearing down. So check wheel bearings, etc. Check to see if the suspension trumpet moves.
