Can anyone recommend the best place to fit the Alpine KCA-420i iPod interface?

Has anyone done this before?

I'm guessing under the rear seat somewhere?

Oh yer - one more question... Can you recommend decent mid-price 6x9in speakers to go with this install?

ah now this unit ive dealt with myself, just got them in at work

i find the best place to mount the interface is in the glovebox of a normal car (say an astra for instance)

in a mini its slightly different

you could mount it under the dash rail on a piece of MDF? or you could even mount it in your side door bins, and have a little rack mount for the ipod so your passenger or you can operate it and see the names, in a mini theres hundreds of possiblitys due to the fact theres so much empty unused space

theres some fusion 6x9's too but im not keen on the sound

bought some focal 6x9's for the mini yesterday, 27 quid! 99.99 normally
